I love my bowls. I know they are raising the vibrational level of whatever is around whenever or wherever I play them. They are my teachers. They have not led me wrong. They still excite me and I still learn more about them all the time. Whether it is from an article or book … or from a testimonial. I hesitate to say what they can or cannot do. It is entirely up to you. And I kinda like that. I simply provide the ‘space’ … the blank canvas for you to paint your own unique experience. There are many forms of meditation … prayer … centering … whatever you want to call it. All it is … is coming into a one-pointedness. Whether it be from breath … looking at a candle flame … chanting a mantra … doing tai chi … It is all an attempt to get the mind thinking maybe just one thought … a one pointedness. I simply do it with the energy of sound. That is what I move with the bowls … the energy of sound. And sound is a very powerful tool to use.
